How Do I Know What to Do?
You can always make the right decision when you know how, and every action and thought can be the best one possible to lead you to your goals. I will explain Internal Science and International Philosophy so that you always know what to do by following the God of You.
You can access your higher power, God, Inner Self, Inner Intelligence (by whatever name you like to use) through intuition. Through intuition you can always know what to do. By learning to contact, listen to and act on intuition, you can establish a direct connection to the infinite intelligence of the inner self and the universe and to allow your own inner light to be your guiding force.
The most common mistake people make when in a difficult situation or when trying to achieve a goal is to attempt to force changes in their life through constant effort. This does not work. You may end up overworked, stressed, confused and locked up like a frozen computer. That is unnecessary. You can always know what to do if you follow the God of You.
You have an inner system of communication that connects you to other people that is superior to the telephone and internet. It works automatically in a very magical way to connect you with people, to bring your desires to you in the best possible way. Every thought you have minutely adjusts the probabilities to which you are connected in an infinite web of multidimensional reality in which past, present and future events coexist.
The first step is to stop straining for results and to just let go and relax. When you let go of trying hard to achieve your goals, relax and remind yourself that a magical inner reality exists. This magic reality is a part of you. It is the God of You. The events you desire are nonphysical probabilities from your point of view. They are composed of the consciousness of the God of You. You ARE what you experience. The God of you and your thoughts will automatically bring you what you want when you connect you with the magical field of probabilities and your inner self when you are in the proper magical state of mind. The second step in this process is to feel the reality of what you want as being with you rather than something you have to strive or struggle to get.
You have triggers that bring about a feeling of fulfillment and pleasure, and these triggers will put you in a good mood, relaxing you so that channels open within and what you want is given. Desire automatically puts you in correspondence with what you seek through inner channels. If done properly you may be able to skip the second step. You will go right to a feeling of having what you want without any effort at all.
Struggling for what you want doesn’t work. Trust, faith and belief do. Visualize what you want before you get out of bed in the morning. You create your reality with thoughts, emotions and visual images, not work. Once you visualize and affirm what you want, release it to the universe and as you go about your day feel good.
Say thanks for what you have and appreciate everything you already have. This shifts your energy to having rather than struggling for what you done have. Once your energy is on what you have your energy attracts more of what you want. Reality can actually shift. You will only notice a change in how you feel, but the past present and future actually change as you align with a new probable reality in which you can have what you are seeking. It will come to you as synchronistic events, but in a feeling state of having.
Do whatever you can to immerse yourself in the feeling of the goal fulfilled by watching videos, listening to music or imagining. This is how you create what you want in life.
Remember and use this process I just gave you. Life will be an ongoing process of stopping yourself whenever you don’t feel good and using your triggers or my affirmation pages to shift into the mental-emotional atmosphere of having what you want in beautiful feel-good way. You are always attracting and creating by your current thoughts and so I advise you to make the effort to do this often.
You are NOT meant to suffer!
Reality is not the dark and gloomy picture that is often taught in the classroom and depicted on the news. There is no reason whatsoever to suffer in life. You do not have to work at a job you do not like in a grueling 9 to 5 life of pain and suffering followed by death and extermination of your existence. It isn't that way at all!
This way of thinking is a symptom of a flawed model rather than flawed people. Reality is far different than what most of us were taught.

You are an energy system; there is no solidity, but only energy. Westerners tend to reject intuition and even deny it exists in favor of the rational, logical and reasoning aspects of the mind which are perceived as being superior. That is a mistake. Intuition is superior. However, they work together, and neither should be rejected. Your decisions should all make logical and intuitive sense.
Your intuition develops when you listen to it and use it. Your body consciousness and intuitive intelligence can safely guide you through any situation, no matter how complex and difficult. In fact, when life is complicated and demanding, we need to ask our inner self to guide us to the outcome we desire.
By living in the feeling of the wish fulfilled you activate the magical intelligence of the universe to guide you. It is basically that simple. By learning to trust intuition, or the God of you, you increase its clarity and power in your life.
Go as high as you can in your ambitions and claim the best life you can imagine on the inside. This builds and accumulates the energy you will use to construct the same in the physical world. All that you need to do to manifest this ideal inner world you imagine in your best dreams, is to have faith. I am not implying religious faith, but faith by whatever name you choose.
You are always in a state of grace. You are blessed. You are a portion of the Divine. To the degree you recognize the truth is the degree to which you are able to have what you want and be who you want to be.
Your true self, your authentic self, is your real self.
All you need is simple and enduring faith in the overall, in yourself, in your reality and in what you would like to call out from the universe. Everything you could desire already exists within. Faith is what brings it into the material world. Faith is like the leavening agent that makes dough rise into bread.
You are graced and will receive your blessings because the universe is good.

The voice of intuition is inspiration and joy. You know what to do because it is something you want to do. Whereas the intellect likes to struggle and gets overwhelmed as a result. The negative energy of drudgery and forcing yourself to do what you do not want to do is a trap. The energy you put out in discomfort attracts and creates more of the same. The energy state of your body and mind then attracts what you do not want and repels what you do want.
If you go by people telling you that you have to do this or that, you will soon find yourself locked in a nightmare. This is the situation millions are in. The way to get out and into fun and joy, inspiration and meaningful achievement is through the joy of positive thinking and affirmations. Everything I have online and in my books is set up to help you do that.
In the beginning (when you start to focus your mind on the positive) the old ways of thinking and doing things will fight back. Therefore, it is best to visit my affirmation pages whenever this happens. Do not let negativity creep back in when you learn new and superior ways of doing things. Otherwise, you will zigzag through life, and you will get nowhere, something I explain in “The Solution…“
You have to make a firm decision on how you are going to use your mind in life and then you must stick with your choice.
Follow your intuition. This is how you know what to do. This is how you follow the God of you.
Summary: Evaluate your options, use your intuition and then make a prompt decision. Do not be afraid to make decisions. The more decisions you make the faster you progress and the better you get at making decisions.
You can also test your options. If you have two choices, make a firm decision as to which way you will go and then turn your consciousness inward to capture the ramifications of that decision, then make the opposite decision at a much later date and do the same. It is possible to see outcomes or probabilities in advance. Gray or off-centered images may appear in your imagination.
You communicate with your probable selves in the sleep state. You can ask a question before going to sleep and it will be answered. Then pay attention to how you feel when you wake up. One path will feel good, and you will want to go in that direction.
If you cannot ascertain your life purpose, do not remain in a state of indecision. Choose the most fun and beneficial path for everyone.

The scientific intellect is not our savior
The activity in a molecule of DNA is a trillion times greater than the intellectual activity in the brain of a scientist. For one, cellular consciousness transcends time. Secondly, the body’s knowledge is not restricted by beliefs and myths.
You can tap the soul’s knowledge through the body and intuition.
When I was 12 years old, I knew enough to break with mainstream thinking. I left the academic community in order to be intelligent. I left the allure of acclaim to be my authentic self — a humanitarian assisting every man, woman and child on the planet.
The intellect has to use charts and graphs, logic and deduction to figure out things that it does not know. The intuition does not need to use charts and graphs because it already knows.
But I did not stop using my intellect. I used it more. Through logic I trained myself in the ability to access unlimited inner knowledge. All consciousness possesses the knowledge of the whole — each person alive is a personalized version of the universe — which is what the holographic universe reveals. The whole is in the parts.
It does not have to be difficult, and you do not need to know science or belong to a certain group of people, you only need to trust yourself and the God of you. The God of you is the portion of the Divine that guides you through life. That portion is what I like to call the inner self.

How Do I Know What to Do?
Do not be an authoritarian in your mind. Follow your own guidance and inner intelligence rather than strict rules of conduct. If there is to be a strict regimen, it is to be your natural self and to spontaneously follow your joy and bliss, trusting yourself and who and what you are.
If you do not trust yourself and the process of following the natural self, you can increase trust with affirmations. Say, “I am a worthy person, I trust myself and my integrity,” or “Everything I am is beautiful, natural and of innocent integrity.” Tell yourself “I trust myself and what I am.” Such affirmations move beliefs in a positive direction, and done over time, can transform your life for the better.
Your inner intelligence is unlimited
- You have the ability to achieve anything you want.
- You can have anything you want.
- You can be whoever you want to be.
Trust yourself and follow your own inner intelligence.
You can do, be or have whatever you want by understanding and applying the natural laws of the universe.
Let go of externally focused excessive effort or trying to force things to happen and let them happen. Use the inner will and your thoughts and emotions rather than external actions to move events in your direction. The inner will is what you want to do. There is a logic and divine wisdom in spontaneity. Your soul knows what it is doing and will guide you to whatever it is you need to know most or do. Success in life is not about trying to force things to happen or following a strict regimen; that is a myth.
Don’t do what someone tells you that you must do. Do what you are good at and do it to the best of your ability. Using your talents and abilities is the best protection in life. Work is great when you love it and are doing your best work.
Focus on what you want most in life. If you focus on the work you think you need to do to get there, you may manifest more work. Stay focused on the feeling of the wish fulfilled and those emotions you enjoy most. If you do this off and on as you do your work, you will be fine. This is how you follow the God of You.

- A flower does not fear the shade and a child does not fear that he or she will fail, but only follows their joy, the wisdom and deep and trustworthy intelligence within them.
Get in touch with the part of you that trusts yourself and believes in a friendly universe that supports, nurtures and loves you.
We do not live in the world that we have been told exists, an accidental world that gives you no guidance and has no heart. All forces, on multiple levels, work for your good and best interests. Unless you believe otherwise, you will be naturally cared for and happy in life.
You can make things happen with your mind when you are free and joyful. When you trust yourself and the universe, you become powerful. You are powerful not because you control anything, but because you are being true to and honoring the infinite intelligence and beauty of the God of You.

Sleeping eight hours is not healthy. There are huge benefits to more frequent, lesser duration periods of sleep. Manifesting ability, intuition, psychic ability and inner guidance all improve dramatically.
Trust yourself
The only thing you have to do to achieve all your best goals is to trust yourself. You will benefit from the qualities of faith, confidence, integrity and perseverance, but not authoritarianism. Within yourself, you do not want to be an authoritarian type of person. This means that you do not want to listen to the part of you that is demanding things from you, telling you what to do, where to go, who to listen to, or what not to do. This does not mean that you must forsake logic and intelligence, positive habits, or do things that are unkind.
Our civilization is based on distrust of the individual (and reality) and this is why people think that following their inner nature is dangerous. They don’t trust themselves enough to look within or to be an individual, they do not trust reality, and they think everything is antagonistic to everything else.
It is a disturbing, anxious and ineffective way to live.

How do I know what to do?
How each of us uses our mind is generally borrowed from society. We learn early on in life how we are supposed to be, and how we are supposed to think and do. Whether or not you realize what happened exactly, you’re thinking style and the way you organize your mind and your ego is a reflection of social values. You picked all of this up from society. We should not be following a strict regime with ourselves. There is a more natural way of existence.
Go back to the magic of childhood to see what comes naturally, and add an element of maturity to the process. Be a carefree and natural spirit, but do so intelligently.
Our civilization has divided the human psyche into male and female characteristics. The psyche is both male and female, but this is something that we do not want to admit. The work of our society over generations has been to divide and conquer, rather than to unite and empower through natural means. Instead, our definition of power is power over. We are taught that power is to have power over nature. What this means is that we are to manipulate and control the environment and everything under the sun. This is what authoritarians do.
We think this way because our core beliefs are built on distrust of human nature and distrust of reality. This thinking style comes from early religions. It doesn’t come from the nature religions. It comes from an influx of new thinking that began to occur about 5,000 years ago.
