Why is the Supreme Court taking away rights rather than protecting rights? The reason why the Supreme Court is taking away American’s rights is because division in science has created division in politics and society.
As a result, a former president and the U.S. Senate installed bias justices. Trump injected justices into the highest court to represent a minority-view and political agenda rather than protect the rights of the majority of Americans as the court was designed to do. The world is in a battle of worldviews.

The beliefs of Supreme Court Justices are to blame
The problem of conflicting beliefs is a result of the failure of science. There is a division in scientific worldviews. This division is causing the division in politics and society.

Two opposing views of reality
There are two views of reality. Most of the world goes by one and we go by another. If you want help or advice based on the mainstream worldview, it is everywhere. But if you want something different that works, keep reading. If you want a science and way of thinking that will not result in division, school shootings, and personal struggle, you have come to the right place.

International Philosophy
International Philosophy is human application of what Internal Science designates as being true. International Philosophy deals with any subject psychology covers. If you want to know how to be happy, find love, live longer, stay healthy, manifest success, etc., you need International Philosophy based on the Internal Science paradigm rather than the mainstream contemporary psychology based on the mythical external science paradigm.
There are two views of reality, mainstream physicalism, and ours...
International Philosophy says you are good and can be trusted
One view — Internal Science (our term) also called the holographic theory of consciousness — is largely derived from Einstein's friend, David Bohm, and the other is mainstream physicalism. The two conflict; and all mainline sciences and contemporary mainstream psychology are based on physicalism.
Physicalism gives rise to survival of the fittest and evolution theory. Religions believe in physicalism and a corrupt physical world below a separate spiritual heaven. Religious worldviews assert that man is corrupt through the lens of original sin and evolution theory — cleaving two negative views together to reinforce what they believe to be the wickedness of human nature.
Because there is no time as we think of it, the theory of evolution is not possible. Einstein believed this (Click on link in article below). The 2023 physics discovery indicates the same.
One worldview says you cannot be trusted, and the other paradigm (ours) says you can. Both are right because whatever you believe, you create. However, the intrinsic truth is that you can be trusted. This is the reality underlying the reality we know. Consciousness is inherently trustworthy and good. When we are lost and have faulty beliefs then we make poor choices, but this in no way suggests that what you are is not good.
The ultimate rebuttle of physicalism is in personal experiential evidence and in facts proven through experiment.
The physical sciences and the majority view of scientists in the mainstream world today endorse physicalism. Yet, the view that everything is physical is not accepted by all scientists. There is a growing body of research among scientists moving in a different direction who have long ago discarded physicalism.
Internal Science and the holographic theory of consciousness
The empirical scientific evidence is conclusive. The science validates what Near Death Experiences imply. From a personal experiential point of view and from a scientific perspective, we know that consciousness does exist outside of the body.
Princeton University Study: Thoughts and emotions circle the earth
This is a unique study in which a global network of scientists are measuring the quantum effects of major social events. The thoughts and emotions of millions of people travel through the earth's atmosphere to interact with random event generators placed on different continents. These scientific devices register the effects of human thoughts and emotions in the earth's atmosphere.
The evidence of Internal Science and the holographic theory of consciousness is abundant and clear. However, it is still ignored by mainstream science.
As long as "the scientific authority" does not even consider Internal Science, there is a need for people to do so on their own. It is the only way we will solve world problems, advance ourselves personally and succeed as a civilization. Internal Science and International Philosophy represent the only viable unifying principle for humanity.
People do not yet know that their thinking is based on myth, and if you want to upset someone, you will likely do so if you challenge their worldview.
You can help others by introducing them to The Inner UN. But do not necessarily look to others for validation. Respect the opinions of others, but trust your own judgment.
People have the right to choose what they want to believe, and so you can accept a more accurate scientific worldview. No matter who you are or what your choices have been, you are basically good and you can trust yourself and your integrity.
Poor choices rather than bad people cause the problems in the world today, and these poor choices are a result of faulty beliefs.

Supreme Court justices and federal circuit and district judges are appointed by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. We literally have cults represented in the U.S. Supreme Court. The far-right, and Evangelist cult want to take us back to the day’s when your local southern church told you what you could or could not do. On a more positive note, the rights they are obviously targeting may be left up to the states to determine as we see happening with Roe v. Wade. We will be left with a divided nation. As long as you are on the geographical left you will be relatively safe.

The arguments backing up the overturn of Roe v. Wade don’t necessarily apply to same-sex marriage and LGBT rights, and so these rights are not destined to be struck-down, but probably will be due to the obvious.

The Supreme Court has just ruled to restricted the scope of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. This is a way to navigate around federal regulations that force industries to spend money controlling their pollution.
The view of Earthjustice: Senior Vice President Sambhav Sankar, says, “Today’s decision by the conservative supermajority of the Supreme Court is a blow to the federal government’s efforts to combat the climate crisis and puts the interests of polluting industries over important environmental and public health protections. The decision will have far-reaching implications and will compromise the ability of federal agencies to use science-based information to combat climate change and protect public health. But this decision still leaves room for the EPA to act on its duty to take on carbon pollution from power plants, and the agency must act quickly and issue a new carbon emission reduction rule as soon as possible.

The fight for basic rights is due to primitive superstition. The long-term lesson will be how far-right beliefs create hell on earth. In the same way that the true motives of Trump were exposed in the January Sixth hearings, the hell on earth that the beliefs held by the far-right minority of Americans will be out in the open for all to see. This will inspire new ideas and beliefs. The nation’s resolve will shift to better and more accurate beliefs.
Most personal and world problems come from misconceptions about human nature and reality. Mainstream worldviews are to blame. Therefore, we must change mainstream conclusions about human nature and life. This can be done, and it is actually happening now. To get your rights back you will need to look at the new science and philosophy that has the potential to unify the world.
Going forward, an unconstitutional Supreme Court will object to every constitutional argument that does not match their extreme right partisan position, creating one constitutional crisis after another until we reach the Middle Ages and religious edicts replace democracy.
There is one long-term solution that I will point out in this article. Thankfully, the first attempted Trump-Republican coup was unsuccessful, and we still elect our leaders. This affords us self-protection. We can stop the downward spiral if we educate ourselves. Last I checked, knowledge is still power.”

I discovered a treasure while cleaning up trash along a country road
At age seven I told my friend, "If you do good things, good things will happen to you," as I pointed to a rock in an old stone wall and asked him to hand it to me. We had collected roadside trash and put it in a depression in the ground. We had been cleaning up a local road after school back in 1970, before the environmental movement even began.
I dropped the rock on the trash to conceal it (all that we knew to do at that age). With the trash buried, I turned to look at my friend. There had been a shoe box filled with old coins behind the rock I had asked for and he had the coins spread out on top of the stone wall. We filled our pockets and headed home to tell everyone we had discovered treasure! It was one of the moments you can never forget and perhaps the best day of my early childhood.
Age 12
Recognition as a result of testing the principles of what would become International Philosophy

Think of probabilities as avenues of action open to you. A probability is a non-physical series of events that can become physically manifest. Each action increase the total range of probabilities open to you.

Ordinary probabilities are the things you do every day. An unusual probability could be meeting an old friend who mentions a book. Upon reading it you end up taking a new direction in life.
Unforeseen fortunate probabilities, also called synchronistic events, are triggered by your positive conscious focus and thinking in life. But the work done to create them happens at deeper levels of your own consciousness.
Your beliefs must also support the possibility of having what you want. Any assumption is a belief. "Murphy's law" is a common hindering assumption held by people who say that their positive thinking does not work. In its simplest form, Murphy's Law states: If anything can go wrong, it will. You may think, "if it is something good, it is hard to get and if it is something I want, someone will try to take it from me." These are the kind of assumptions are invisible barriers to success that you want to reject and dismiss. But you need to know how to do that.
You do have free will to think what you want to think. You can change your thoughts to create what you want in life. Affirmations and imagination can move concepts in and out of your mind.
You can create your own good luck.

Some people believe that they are a product of everything that has and is happening to them. This is called an external locus of control. Our meritocracy creates a sense of powerlessness. Mind over matter nonlinear thinking can make you powerful or you can remain stuck in beliefs that cause all your problems.
A person who feels that their job, position, circumstances or outside forces control them has an external center. These types of people cannot manifest what they want in life.
How often and to what degree do you use willpower or other means to make things happen for you? You can will your thoughts to manifest as material events, objects and reality. Can you heal with nonlinear thinking , use conscious co-creation and solve problems the new way?
Do you know how to create a miracle, or how to be a billionaire?
Do you lock in on what you want like an archer locking in on the bullseye, or like a child who wants a new pair of sneakers? Young children intuitively feel that they control reality with their thoughts. Do you acquire your goal subjectively? Or do you have a lot of thoughts about the perceived obstacles, like not having enough money, or needing to spend money on something else?
Do you control your life in some areas, and then profess that others are impeding your freedom and ability to have what you want in life in other areas? If you have a lot of negative emotion in reaction to people that you believe are a hindrance, you have an external center. Do you even know where you form your reality? If not, you can benefit by immersing yourself in a study of the subject of manifesting thoughts into events, objects and reality.
You can learn how to get out of a difficult situation and create anything you want. Learn how to make today the best day possible.
If you want to know what you think and believe, ask yourself what you feel. Your feelings never lie.
When you are sure of yourself, and confidence is strong, you have a greater ability to manifest what you want in life and draw positive people into your life.
When you put control of anything outside of yourself the problem of not being able to create what you want could be related to self-confidence. You need to be confident that you can create what you want, and if you do not have this confidence you have to develop it.
Do for others what you would like others to do for you. Be kind and the world will reflect that back in what others do for you.
Manifesting
To manifest anything, you must think from the end. Manifesting involves imagining the desired end result as if it were already achieved. This is often called visualizing the wish-fulfilled. When we make our imagining as real as possible and wrap them in amplified positive emotions, we get a powerful result.
