Will Trump be indicted? How can we defeat Trump in 2025?
Trump is a symptom of specific beliefs and if we defeat these beliefs we will defeat Trump. This is the only way to turn the tables to indict Trump. Trump is president again because of the energy of his beliefs.

The process is deeply rooted in current thinking. Our sciences and religions all do this. They misread behavior and by restricting people cause them to act in ways that they would not otherwise act, thus bringing out the worst in people. Negative beliefs about human nature are self-fulfilling prophecies like a placebo.

People are realizing that beliefs matter. Trump, for example, has thus far evaded justice and slowed his indictments and arrests due to his beliefs, however inaccurate. His beliefs protect him.
Trump has not yet been indicted, arrested, and sent to prison for all his crimes because his beliefs protect him. Trump will, however, be sent to prison eventually. If Trump isn’t indicated, arrested and sent to prison, I will be surprised. Trump has a long history of degrading people and bad business practices. Unfortunately, half the country believes his lies.
Trump is a symptom of the negativity in our civilization. The only real way to solve the problem, therefore, is to educate people.
Since many people will not change their worldviews, we must focus on those who will. Younger, educated people will eventually hold Trump accountable and will become the majority, I just don’t know exactly how long this will take.

Western beliefs like those embodied by the former U.S. president and Vladimir Putin brought about the downfall of this early civilization.
Trump’s beliefs are wavering and will not likely override the beliefs of the jurors who are likely to find him guilty of rape. Our own beliefs rule in our private lives, but social events are a product of the beliefs of all those participating. Trump cannot be sent to prison in the civil case for rape, but a guilty verdict may be forthcoming.

Former President Donald J. Trump is going to prison
Former president Donald j Trump will be arrested on August 25th if he doesn’t turn himself in. If he does not comply, or if he is held without bail, Trump could be sent to jail and then prison. Trump will likely be sent to jail and then prison on that date or when he loses his trial.
Trump and 18 other defendants all “willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the state of Georgia, and in other states.” Those defendants have until noon on August 25th to turn themselves in.
There is no opportunity for parole because all 19 defendants are subject to a 5-year mandatory minimum sentence.
Trump and 18 other defendants, have been charged with violation of the Georgia RICO Act, among other charges. Trump was charged with 13 counts. George’s racketeer influence and corrupt organizations act as a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years.

Why Hasn’t Trump Been Arrested & Sent to Prison?
More and more people are realizing that Trump has until now evaded justice because of his beliefs. That may end on August 25th. Trump could be held in jail until his trial but that is unlikely. Still, it is possible.
Even if Trump were to be elected president again, he cannot pardon himself on state charges, and the Georgia charges are state charges.

The lawsuit between Dominion Voting and Fox News has ended abruptly with a $787.5 million dollar settlement. Because former president Donald Trump attacked the voting machine company, falsely claiming that it rigged the election to add votes to President Biden, the company suffered harm.
“Lies have consequences,” Dominion’s lawyers said. Dominion Voting Systems was suing the TV network for $1.6 billion because Fox knowingly spread lies about its voting machines after the 2020 US election
This kind of lawsuit will befall Trump in the coming months. Trump holds responsibility for everything, but the real culprits are the beliefs of those who put him in office. Those beliefs, rather than people, are bad.
The world’s problems are a result of destructive thinking, false news and simplistic physicalism and all the negativity that comes with it.

What kind of president attacks his country’s constitution? Trump is running for president. Attacking the greatest constitution in the world is the best decision if you are trying to lose votes.

Additionally, NY’s Attorney General Letitia James sued Trump, his his real-estate company and his three eldest children in September for a baseline amount of $250 million. Donald Trump’s response to the lawsuit Thursday, January 26th is that no entity as such exists for legal purpose. This is repeated throughout his 300-page filing.
The lawsuit names Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, former company CFO Allen Weisselberg, executive Jeffrey McConney, and ten entities under the Trump Organization umbrella, including “The Trump Organization, Inc.”, registered as a corporation in New York since 1981.
The lawsuit says the Trump Organization is a “collective” name for the former president’s $3 billion real-estate and golf resort company. The complaint claims that Trump was lying about his worth by billions of dollars on financial documents.
The suit will destroy Trump financially. Trump has committed tax evasion, bank fraud, wire fraud, misrepresentation and other criminal actions that will ultimately lead to his indictment, arrest and time in prison.

Indict and arrest Trump for murder!
Murder plot: Trump can be charged with and arrested for murder and sedition. The night before the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Trump and a small group of allies convened in a meeting to plan the January attack. If sufficient evidence in numerous court cases confirms this, he can be charged with and arrested for murder and sedition.
Trump can be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison for felony-murder and sedition. Felony-murder charges only require that one is a co-conspirator. You do not actually have to be the one that commits the murder in order to be charged with felony-murder. Sedition is explained here. Trump can be charged with sedition, indicted and arrested.
The Department of Justice is investigating Trump. He will likely be indicted and arrested for conspiracy to obstruct Congress, 18 U.S.C. 1505 and conspiracy to defraud Congress, 923. 18 U.S.C. § 371 in relation to the effort to install fake electors.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland has taken the wrong approach to investigate the ongoing efforts to overthrow the United States of America by former President Donald J. Trump. The investigation should begin at the top if that is where the evidence is at, and in this case it is. The DOJ can see plenty of evidence of seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy) and aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection).
While it is true that no one was prepared for an actual sitting president to try to overthrow the United States of America, there is no excuse for the indefinite delay in prosecution we have been experiencing. If we were in a war, we wouldn’t wait two years before taking action, we would address the threat and respond immediately or we would be in grave peril and could be killed.
Trump’s attack on democracy is every bit as severe as a military attack from a foreign power. Inaction is weak, indecisive and dangerous. If missiles were fired at New York, and if we were in New York, we would have to shoot down the missiles or we might perish.
We cannot kill an internal threat obviously, yet we have a legal system and protections that we have not been using effectively enough. The internal threat posed by Trump has metastasized, but thankfully the January 6th Committee has taken action.
We do not even know half of the story of what may be happening in all the ongoing investigations, but it does not outwardly appear to be enough.
If you brought a beloved child to the hospital on the verge of death and the doctor refused to take any corrective actions for fear of being political or whatever, then you would be left in a state of pure horror.
06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a sixth televised hearing:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] and so on.
There is a way to defeat Trump.
Trump has not yet been arrested because Trump’s beliefs protect him. Collective events are created by everyone who is a part of the event, and so Trump’s beliefs will not continue to protect him if those public events (the actions of DOJ for example) alter his beliefs, which is what is starting to happen.
Either America will become an autocracy or Trump will be arrested at Mar-a-Logo.
Trump attacks the U.S. Constitution because it protects you from him and he is using aggressive means to break down those protections to gain the presidency.
