How do my beliefs, thoughts and emotions create my reality?
Your beliefs, thoughts and emotions can and do create your reality, and you can therefore change your reality by changing your beliefs, thoughts and emotions.
Your beliefs, thoughts and emotions create your reality because that is the nature of existence in all realities. Existence is psychological; meaning the energy that forms both thoughts and matter is the same substance.
Because your thoughts, beliefs and emotions direct subconscious processes that result in materialization of events and objects, you can create what you want by proper focus. It is only necessary to learn the principles. Your emotions and focus determine what manifests.
Contrary to popular belief, events are not caused by inner or outer forces beyond your control. You are in full control of what happens to you. When others seem to block manifestation, it is not them, it is your own emotional reaction and fear that causes the problem.
Your intent, desires, beliefs, thoughts and emotions shape and direct electromagnetic energy that accumulates on inner levels until it is sufficient to materialize in your personal reality. Events are not chance happenings. No God creates your reality for you. The events you experience are not caused by others. Anything that others seem to be controlling in your life, you have attracted and agreed to in one way or another. This means that you can change any aspect of your reality.
Your physical reality does not exist independently from you. The environment is an extension of your own energy.
You may think that you are living in a physical world, but you are really living in your own imagination. You are creating a dream according to your beliefs. Your assumptions are the only thing that limit you.
If you imagine a goal with emotional intensity you project that reality into the future instantaneously, but because you live in the illusion of time, it takes a while to catch up to what you created in your future.

The Choice Before Us
We destroy the chaotic division we have created by continuing with physicalism, or we build something great united. While the physicalism paradigm provided humanity with technology, it also generated the systemic fractures and crises we face in the world today. Physicalism asserts that everything is fundamentally physical. Under this view, orthodox science demands a mathematical equation to explain reality, operating under the false perception that the physical world is ordered by a mathematics tied to physical matter.

Our Inner Reality
